Usage Rights
By submitting data through our services, you grant Contranorm Media & Production irrevocable, worldwide rights to use, modify, and distribute that data as outlined in our Terms. Registration data (e.g., email) is stored on our servers for operational purposes. Other submissions may be temporarily retained before permanent decentralized dispersal.
Decentralized Dispersal
Data may be fragmented, encrypted, and permanently distributed across decentralized networks (e.g., permaweb/blockchain). Once dispersed, it becomes immutable and publicly reconstructible. This process is irreversible—no entity, including Contranorm Media & Production, can alter or erase the data. Fragments may be utilized for business purposes (e.g., NFTs, immutable records) without additional notice.
Limited Compliance Rights
Any personally-identifiable information that we retain about you is done so for a period consistent with a legitimate business necessity, interest, and/or as long as necessary to fulfill and/or comply with legal obligations. The criteria we use to determine the retention period for your personally-identifiable information varies depending on several factors. Where legally required (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request deletion of registration data stored on our servers. No deletion rights apply to data dispersed through decentralized systems or anonymized/non-personal data.

Engaging with our services constitutes your understanding that submitted data may be permanently decentralized, with no possibility of retrieval or modification. You waive all claims related to this immutability and indemnify Contranorm Media & Production against associated risks.
